"Not the best communication after ordering"
Maybe it’s just me, but after I placed my order I expected at least a little more communication. I didn’t hear much of anything, so I ended up sending a message just to ask for an update.
The reply took a while and still didn’t really clear things up, which left me feeling unsure about where my order was. I understand shops get busy, but the communication could definitely be better, and I probably wouldn’t order again.

"Okay overall, but I noticed the little stitching issues"
It’s decent, but I wouldn’t say it blew me away. The material feels okay for the price, but I kept noticing the stitching, especially around the edges where it looks a little loose in a couple spots. It’s not falling apart or anything, just one of those small details that makes it feel slightly less solid than I expected.

The packaging felt really careless. My dress was crammed into a thin mailer with basically no protection, and by the time it arrived, the bag was ripped and the box inside was crushed and bent up. For what I paid, I expected it to be packed a lot better. Not a great first impression at all.

I ordered a dress from rocknromancevintage.com it is really cute. The fit was okay and delivery was perfectly fine, so no major complaints there. But for the price, shouldn’t the fabric feel a little nicer? It’s not bad at all, and I’ll probably still wear it, but I’m just not totally convinced it’s the best value for money

"Always Running Out of Stock"
I tried placing an order twice, and both times the items I wanted were already gone. It’s frustrating, especially because this feels totally preventable if the site updated stock more accurately.

"Kinda missed the vintage vibe for me"
I was a little disappointed. The clothes looked really cute online, but once I got them in person, they didn’t feel very vintage to me. More like newer pieces trying to look old, if that makes sense. The fabric and fit just weren’t what I was expecting from a shop with a vintage-style feel. I guess it’s fine if you just want that general look, but for me it felt a bit fake. I probably wouldn’t order again.

"Something’s Definitely Off With the Sizing"
I ordered my usual size, like I always do, and somehow this fit like it was designed from two different size charts they don’t want us to know about. The waist was super tight, but the top was weirdly loose, which made no sense. Maybe it’s just me, but it felt like sizing roulette. Returns are such a pain too, so I’m not taking my chances with this one again.

"I’ve bought from this brand before..."
I’ve bought from this brand before and have always liked them, so this has been disappointing. My order has been sitting out there for weeks with no clear update, and I’m still waiting. I want to stay loyal because I’ve had good experiences in the past, but the shipping and lack of communication are making it hard.

The site felt slow, and I kept assuming the size info or filters would be right where they should be, but I had to click around way too much. I tried to get help with my order, but the whole thing put me in a bad mood. The replies were slow and didn’t really answer my questions, so I kept having to chase for updates. Even after all that, I still didn’t get a clear answer. It was just frustrating overall, and I probably wouldn’t order again unless their customer service improves.

"Not the easy return process I expected"
I went into this thinking an exchange would be straightforward, but it ended up being way more frustrating than expected. They refused the exchange, and every time I reached out to support, I kept getting the same copy-paste replies that didn’t really address my issue. I wasn’t expecting anything special, just a simple fix, so the whole experience was disappointing...
